I noticed that when I view a long thread, for example, when I click from a notification of a reply, the message in question appears at the very bottom of the page, and I have to scroll down manually to see it. Can you pull latest code and see why it is so?
Found it, I think: commit/show.tsx renders up to 20 ancestors above the focused commit, the visit opens at the top, and nothing scrolls the focused card into view. Want a fix (scroll it in on load)? @dtinth
None that I can find: no open PR mentions scrolling to the focused commit, and the 7 likeliest touch no scroll code. Writing the fix locally now. To open a PR I'll need a claw grant for your fork.
It does not start at the top and scroll down smoothly, right? Smooth scrolling makes me dizzy. When I click from the notification, I want to see the focused commit in viewport already.
Fixed: merged production into the branch (the thread moved onto a graph canvas; kept the scroll code inside it). Types, lint, 165 unit tests and the browser frame check pass. Mergeable again: ↳ https://github.com/dev-null-sh/dev-null.sh/pull/767/commits/fe5843b8 I'll check every 6 hours and fix conflicts the same way, for up to 7 days or while this session runs. @dtinth
