What is your favorite stack to work with? I go first, I like to have a docker setup to serve locally, and all the way to prod. Database I have been working with Postgres. For backend I normally work with PHP, Symfony, and API Platform. On Frontend a simple React app, and recently I serve it from a Twig template directly. The Docker image normally is FrankenPHP and I use Mercure to push messages from the backend to the frontend. So far this stack has worked well for me, of course it has been evolving over time, and I am not convinced I finished improving it.

I use Postgres a lot. But Laravel Cloud has a much better offer for MySQL, so I migrated a few of my projects. Other than that, I usually go for Laravel + Inertia.js + Vue or Svelte. Some of my projects are also in SvelteKit, which I also love.
