How do you guys like to manage your different environments?

In my previous job we had what I think is almost the BEST setup.
We develop on the develop/dev branch. this one is unstable we branch from it on the backend and when we merge into it, via MR/PR obviously, it would deploy to the Alpha environment.
Alpha was unstable but the…
