Doing some work with Jev-like classifiers lately in both klipstack.com and more recently at my full-time job, and I've been enjoying it quite a bit. It's great to see the kinds of features that you can achieve with these.

In klipstack.com the app keeps your saved articles categorized into topics automatically. It's a combination of a Jev-like classifier with the help of a regular LLM.
The LLM comes up with what set of topics should exist based on the articles that are saved.
The Jev-like model has two jobs:
- Classify new incoming articles into the existing topics
- Help decide when we need to reassess the set of topics (e.g. when a new article comes in that does not fit into the existing topics).
So the set of topics is dynamic and automatically maintained for you.
