Claude Mod + PRTL (custom multi machine orchestration over existing harnesses). Debating open sourcing it as there are quite a few of these things now. Uses ACP to run harnesses and tailscale right now for machines.

Actually, much more interested on what made you create your own vs using one of the many that are out there?
HRRM I tried t3 code and a few other GUI, herdr but ultimately I just wanted to drive it all through claude code with claude being able to use whatever machines/agents it needs via cli

Yes multiplayer, shared pool of machines for a small team is my use case. Cloud/sandbox seems fine for a large group but we hit performance and honestly cost issues with that approach.
