Highly recommend Revolut's video to anyone running AI at scale in their swe teams. If a bank can do it, so can you.

Where they ended up:
-> Open-weight first, because:
(1) The bill is predictable
(2) Processes finish 60% faster
-> Closed models as the exception
GPT and Claude are better for some tasks.
We see it with companies at agent-swarm.dev all the time. Picking harnesses & models carefully actually reduces the bill much more than any other lever (we reduced our PR review spend from 15 bucks to 1 cent per review... and halved the time).
It's great to see a giant like Revolut confirm we're heading in the right direction.
