Going down the AI agent rabbit hole, but from the PHP side. phpgraph turns a codebase into a knowledge graph so assistants stop guessing, and Sherpa is the terminal coding agent I'm planning in Symfony. Also getting deeper into Flutter.

did an LSP not help with that? I would assume one would help out mapping PHP code
Yeah, exactly. An LSP is great for what it does, but it solves a different problem than the one I had.
An LSP answers point queries: definition, references, hover, diagnostics for a given symbol at a given position. It’s request/response and stateful per editor session. What I wanted was a persistent, queryable graph of the whole codebase that an AI assistant can load once and traverse: classes, interfaces, use/extends/implements edges, call relationships, namespaces, with the structure laid out up front. Asking an LSP for that means firing hundreds of requests per question, which burns tokens and latency, and the agent still has to assemble the global picture itself.
