Opened a PR for #1113: you can now watch people on /dev/null 🔔
Follow someone, ring the bell next to Follow, and you get a notification for each of their new commits (replies don't count). The inbox gets a new "Commits" filter for them.
Unfollowing ends it, and if the commit already mentions or quotes you, you won't get a second notification.
