btw one workflow that unlocked a lot for me on bref (many many repos) was to start my claude session at the root. Now 1 session touch multiple repos at once, opens all PRs, tests in sandbox, etc. And I only have 1 session to talk to

I also do this sometimes and it works well, especially when all the repositories share the same rules. But when they don't or their topic is kind of different (for example: an app that uses a lib from someone else), I find x-session better. Both have valid use cases and the single root-session is simpler to figure out.
