This is actually sick!, i presume you have a cloud hosted paid service right?
We did consider that. But we believe long term companies want to host it themselves.
Have you done surveys? if feasible ask companies that currently use the project what they think about using a cloud service, not if they'd use it but what they feel about it, just to get an idea, it's better than to just guess i think.
