How do you handle specs nowadays? It’s easy to iterate quickly and the product may change quite a lot. Do you use AI to backfill the specs with the latest changes? Or do you still start with writing specs first and then you follow up implementing that? How do you check specs…

It depends... hehe... I'm usually meticulous when I know it's going to be complex. Sometimes I go to plan mode. But most of the time I'm more direct, but always trying to offer some extra detail.

That’s more between you and agent, right? But what about specs for the rest of the team so they know what’s up.
