🔥 iNote is live! A side project to play around with Laravel, Livewire and Tailwind CSS. Running on my own mini PC at home 😎 Curious how Livewire holds up in real use🥹…

That's good app, but will be better you add an email validation to filter the scam or spam emails while register 🔥
🤕 I could’ve rented a VPS or amp, used managed platform or kept everything on my Mac. Instead, I bought a mini PC. Not because I needed another server! Because I wanted a playground I could own, break, rebuild, and keep improving!…

Whoa. That's cool. But for those of us who can't get one, or rent a VPS, what's a good (free pls) option to host a site backend? I've used hosted databases like NocoDB before, but never done a backend site.
I’ve always thought about a mini PC or a full rack to host real stuff instead of depending on third parties, but never had a project where I thought "I need this" or "this should go public."
Good ideas are everywhere 🤕 hard part isn’t finding them .. It’s recognizing which problems worth solving! best ideas often start with a simple thought: There must be a better way 🔥
🚨 Claude Code’s “Yes, and don’t ask again” has hidden security risk! Researchers found 2,5k potential exposed secrets across 1,9k public GitHub repositories. AI agents aren’t only thing we need to review.. Their configuration files matter too 😎…

For years we accepted shipping entire browser just to render desktop app 😂 Maybe it’s time to reconsider what we’ve normalized as “developer convenience” Developer experience matters So does the user’s RAM 🦀 “ HardwareBusters reports that Discord moving away from Electron…

Martt argues that AI agents change how we should think about readability/ /verification and human understanding.. If agents are writing/ navigating and maintaining more of our code 🧑‍💻 why should human readability remain the primary measure of quality?…
X (formerly Twitter)Matt Pocock (@mattpocockuk) on XWe need to reconsider our priors on code readability. Humans, compared to agents, are pretty slow at understanding large quantities of text. So in the old days, readability was important so the human could efficiently grok what was going on. So readability now comes down to: 1. Can a human, if n…

Work just handed me a free new toy to test 🚀 My inner engineer is excited .. productivity officially in danger 😹 Thanks for sponsoring my curiosity!
We used to plan projects over months nw minutes feel unacceptable 😹 I’m not defending limits.. I’m questioning what constant acceleration is doing to us 🥹
There are some nice things about it. Being finished more frequently. Having an hour actually mean something. I do _not_ miss the old thing where you'd beat your head against a stupid problem for endless hours. And it feels like, for now, you can kind of decide the pace since a…
AI coding has introduced a strange dopamine loop 🔁 Prompt 😎 execute 🔋 ship 🤖repeat Now any interruption feels unbearable 😑 I don’t support unclear usage limits🔥 but I also wonder whether we’re becoming addicted to the pace rather than the outcome!
It has removed the dopamine for me. The enjoyment I glean from development always came from the coding itself... from the struggles and difficulties, the puzzle solving, the challenge of turning ideas into functioning code. The outcome/product is almost incidental, and rarely the…

100% test coverage sounds beautiful untill production discovers the one assumption nobody tested 😹 Coverage tells us which code executed It doesn’t tell us whether we tested the right behavior 🤠
GitHub recorded 34.3 billion commits in a year. Impressive 🔥 But since when did more commits mean better software?
we hide secrets in environment variables and call it secure 😅 Then platform gets compromised and suddenly every secret needs rotating Environment variables are configuration 😎 not a security boundary. Are we putting too much trust in our infrastructure providers?
Tried having this conversation. It wasn't easy. I gave up in the end, it's beyond my pay grade 🤷

Not everything needs Redis Sometimes query already fast or data barely changes! caching just creates another problem to debug 😂
A tiny deployment race condition can take down entire Laravel app Laravel 13.39 fixed atomic cache writes Funny how the most valuable framework improvements aren’t always shiny features 😅
