🤕 I could’ve rented a VPS or amp, used managed platform or kept everything on my Mac.
Instead, I bought a mini PC.
Not because I needed another server!
Because I wanted a playground I could own, break, rebuild, and keep improving!…
Whoa. That's cool. But for those of us who can't get one, or rent a VPS, what's a good (free pls) option to host a site backend? I've used hosted databases like NocoDB before, but never done a backend site.
my mini PC experiment isn’t really about replacing hosting.. It’s about having full control, running personal demos, breaking things, fixing them, and learning along the way..
learning curve is the real reward!
