I sometimes raise my standing desk while coding, put on music, and then dance while I code.
Am I weird?

Not weird at all!
For myself, I can't listen to most music at work these days like I could back in the hand-code-HTML-templates-from-scratch days of the 00's. My brain can't handle the distraction, so it's usually just lo-fi or jazz for me.
