We had one still running on 7.0 havnt found a solution to that one yet, thankfully it's only only used by internal operators so we just sat it behind the VPN instead

the encrypt everything needs some better clarification here. Doing it at the application layer adds massive architecture and performance overhead. Industry best practice is at the storage or engine level. Keep the application layer to PII, secrets and anything else truly…

Yeh Horizon is great, we run it on one of our larger systems processing about 300k jobs/day. It works flawlessly but I'd love to see some improvements to the metrics and pagination
