If you want to quickly check your system use one of these commands:

sudo journalctl --since "2026-10-01" --no-pager \
  | grep -Ei \
  'memory size|out of memory|segfault|SIGSEGV|signal 11|php-fpm|Unknown on line 0'

These commands will search for suspicious entries in your php log files. If you use something like victorialogs / Loki / data dog, etc. just search for the terms. If one of them shows up, that's not an indicator you were hacked. But you should further inspect those entries.
