Curious, what is the policy in your company regarding updating/upgrading middleware, servers, language, framework versions etc.?

New version comes out, we update. Maybe not immediately depending on other work, but we try to get to it within a few weeks.
Sounds reasonable! Do you do a separate PR with testing etc. or is it just part of a PR, kind of a by-product of some other work?
