The easiest pitch is that Pest runs your existing PHPUnit class-based tests untouched out of the box, so the team doesn't have to rewrite a single legacy test to start using arch() rules and parallel runs.
@nunomaduro is the man, but I would also point to --tia testing which makes the test passes much more performant.
