I am using claude code to do most of my development tasks. I stopped reviewing code and instead I ask the claude to give me a summary of what has been done so far. Is this a good approach? How you all see this?

If not reviewed, even I face it sometimes when I make something quick out of it, then I might have to reverse engineer just to understand what it does, and tbh most of the time it is not required.
