Do admin interfaces like Laravel Nova even make sense anymore?

I have 5 years of Nova development in production as a back-office tool- it’s a dead product. Filament is the only choice now. Using AI to roll-your-own is madness - build on top of the tool that has been designed for this purpose where some features already exist and are stable. Don’t reinvent the wheel even if AI is doing the legwork.

It doesn't need to do it from scratch. You can find a free, or buy a nice looking vue template (I don't want to advertise anyone, but I went with TailAdmin), chuck all the template files into a /resources/template, and tell the agent to use those files to build you the admin…
