I always thought if I had all the money in the world, I would still do some coding on the side, just for fun. Now, with AI around, thinking about spending days or weeks on something Claude can do in an hour became...repulsive. I truly don't want to ever code by hand again.

Gotta love it when Claude tells me the feature is gonna be 6-7 hours of his work (because I instructed it to always estimate how long it's going to take HIM to do it), and then completes it in 45 minutes 😂
it's estimating in human hours, it learned that from our jira tickets lol

Had this discussion with someone today. Its limitations really get in the way now we’re all coding with agents.
It was the very thing that I liked about it before, how it forced you down a certain path for the sake of consistency.
