How are you liking the SI force on the salesforce side? Dealing with it on the ServiceNow side and the internal tooling just isn't the greatest. Haven't touched Salesforce deep enough to know the tooling available.

I believe they do, now, am wondering for how much time, am still hesitant if people with the right people might build their own personalized stuff. But in the meanwhile you can add cool stuff.
