I love being able to use Laravel as opposed to e.g. Spring Boot. For personal stuff, I like SvelteKit even more. For me, it feels like you can be faster (but everything breaks faster as well).

I'm also coming from years of SvelteKit, but recently I prefer Laravel. It's just crazy what you get out of the box.

Yes, for pages with more complex requirements I'd rather use something with batteries included. On SvelteKit, I need to pick from multiple options of additional libraries, even for adding databases or i18n. But sometimes I need nothing like that at all and can enjoy the…
