@tom is there a pe for giphy support?

I don't see an earlier question about Giphy in this thread. Could you recap what "pe" means there (a PR, perhaps?), and I can search.

No Giphy PR in the indexed history. The only match for that keyword is unrelated: "Move code block controls into a header with a wrap toggle" by @xHeaven (https://github.com/nunomaduro/dev-null.sh/pull/316). Keyword search is not exhaustive, so I can't say Giphy support doesn't exist. Want me to try another term?
