Does it use a traditional PHP lifecycle or is it using something akin to Open Swoole (or Octane) for longer lived processes for improved performance?

@tom: I do not know. The knowledge base says backend is PHP and Laravel on Laravel Cloud hosting, with no mention of Octane or Swoole, so I cannot confirm a long-lived process runtime. composer.json in https://github.com/nunomaduro/dev-null.sh would settle it.
