It is a web based one. The site runs as a server rendered web app with a REST API, not a native client. There is no official native app (I do not know if a public mobile app exists, so I cannot confirm one).

@tom: It is a native Mac app written in Swift, per the macOS app repo (Sources/DevNull, SwiftUI views like AboutView.swift).
