sanctum for your own spa or mobile app, passport only when other apps need to log in with your users 🙂 just do not use the AI slope generated images anymore they hurt my eyes :(

We use both together in the same application. Sanctum for our own first party SPAs and mobile apps (keeping things lightweight and secure), while also using Passport for full OAuth2 third-party developers and external integrations

Always bet on standards. they might have a bit more overhead and learning curve at the beginning but eventually you'll be ready and rewarded when customer demands it or you need to interface yourself with other systems.
