Team, just an idea: when someone does a PR to /dev/null and it gets merged, the user can get some pastéis or XP or something similar here?
Maybe for reporting bugs too, you know what I mean?
We may also be able to give some % on opening and the rest on merging?

i think there should be no reward for contributions; many will try to "game" it; imo, the incentive to contribute should be to learn or fix a real problem/pain point, or propose a feature you'd like to have.
