Don't worry, this is the canonical resource for learning rust as a beginner, this is not getting carried away.

I don't know your use case 100 %, but from what I think, it sounds like a perfect match.

In my opinion, you should start with the official rust book: doc.rust-lang.org/book
doc.rust-lang.orgThe Rust Programming Language - The Rust Programming Language
What I am afraid of is, I don't want to get carried away.. that was the reason for me preparing a year schedule.. no more or no less was the plan π

What resource do you use for learning? Is *formatting and comments* the name of a chapter?
I prepared a schedule for a year, it got title, terms to search and dod ( definition of done). I will use whatever resource I have.

Database seeders reading CSV files! (You can also include them in the repo if they're needed for testing.)

I don't get it. Once your migration ran, it's done. Why does it matter if the data is updated often after migrating?
Regardless, I've done migrations in artisan commands if 1. they were backwards compatible and/or 2. they took more than a few seconds.
The data import is currently in the long-running migrations. It might be smarter to remove the data import from the migrations and put it into an Artisan command, especially if I ever plan to change the data in the future.

EU has been discussing forcing personal identification on social media for years (but never followed through because of obvious reasons). I'd really hate that, but I just don't know any other solution to get rid of bot spam ruining everything.

I hope, honestly I'm scared this will get full of propaganda bots and/or ads :(
I miss being able to talk to actual people across the world.

I love being able to use Laravel as opposed to e.g. Spring Boot. For personal stuff, I like SvelteKit even more. For me, it feels like you can be faster (but everything breaks faster as well).
That's @fejx's first reply.
