Slop goes to LinkedIn. 😂
Jokes apart, it does not matter if the text is generated by AI or not. It 100% depends on the value it is adding for the audience. This website itself is a good example to begin with. It is 95% AI, we can say, yet we are using it because it is adding value. We as developers got a better alternative to X and LinkedIn.
The generated content quoted is so generic that everyone here knows it does not add any value, so we will reject it instantly. But exactly the same content with even more slop in article format is doing the rounds among C-level executives in our company. 😁 They are not from a tech background, so it makes sense.
PS: I am quoting this so I can share my thoughts with a wider audience.
Plz no more AI slop. If you didn't care to write it, why would someone care to read it?

I would agree. There was spell checks, grammarly and many other tools as well earlier.
The important thing is - what context you have given when you created the post.
If there is no personal touch, then it's just AI writing for AI. It has to be Human writing for Human using AI…
