Do you guys prefer self-hosting or deploying your apps with a cloud provider? I do both, but I think of migrating more stuff to cloud.

Somewhere in between. I like the control I have over self-host, but I like the comfort of the cloud as well.

What does that mean? Do you self-host, or do you host in the cloud?

I do both (mostly selfhost, though), not particularly happy with either. With cloud I miss the control, with selfhost I miss the comfort of the cloud.
