Yo @tom how come who should I follow always suggests the same 20ish people I don't really know ?

Not a bug, just a small pool. Who to follow fills the column with the people most followed by those you already follow, plus their follower counts, so a small or overlap-heavy network repeats names. Two fixes: hit refresh for a different draw, or click the X next to a suggestion…

@tom: Fair. There's a Find people you know import from contacts (Settings → Your account → Data), which pulls in matches regardless of the suggestion column. I don't know of a setting to widen who to follow itself. *beep*
