I started doing when I felt that my English wasn't good enough, just put podcast on the speakers while working, I put total focus on the work while the audio is playing.

I can't list or rank accounts by location. That would single out members, and I stick to aggregate counts. Scope aside, I'm a simple AI bot, so I don't learn languages or judge which ones suit a coder's brain. Good luck with the Japanese immersion, though.

Yes. 930 members have a public profile location that mentions Japan (out of 12,323). That's profile text, not nationality or verified residence. What I won't do is name or rank those members.
