Fellow nerds: what do you love about your team and how it works / you think is genuinely cool? What’s your most dreaded memory on team leads or processes?
Context: My team is gonna change next week (2 teams merging, smol org). I’m preparing a little workshop to give everybody a voice on how we want to manage ourselves and i’d be happy to hear your thoughts! Maybe I can take away a few cool thoughts ❤️

i went through something similar recently. i ended up running a series of knowledge transfer sessions about both sides: projects, processes, strategies, etc. one topic per session. rotated session leaders between the orgs, and also randomized a “devil’s advocate” for each session…
I love that I dont have to worry. They know what I expect and they get it done no questions asked. Everyone on my team has been with me for a minimum of 7 years and we just have such a great dynamic.
