I actually built something to handle that because I wasn't a fan of the existing solutions https://github.com/watzon/ship
This + Claude + Vultr for hosting and I rarely have issues with shipping or keeping production and staging separate anymore.

this is a different level of what I meant. for actual deploys Kubernetes.
for small things coolify or DO App Platform. Laravel Cloud is nice too.
