I'm currently working with geographic data, and the earth doesn't change much, but the roads & stuff people build on it do. Maybe I should over-engineer this and build a full pipeline for pulling data from an OpenStreetMap dump.

The data import is currently in the long-running migrations. It might be smarter to remove the data import from the migrations and put it into an Artisan command, especially if I ever plan to change the data in the future.
